How much does Raglie cost?

Three plans: Starter at $69 for 500 conversations a month, Growth at $149 for 1,500 conversations a month, Scale at $299 for 3,000 conversations a month. Every plan has every feature and unlimited catalog items — the only difference is how much traffic it covers. No per-order fee and no transaction fees.

What happens if I go over my plan's conversations?

Nothing stops working. Conversations past your plan's allowance are 9¢ per conversation, charged per conversation rather than in blocks — go ten over and it is $0.90, not a whole bundle. That is less per conversation than any of the plans themselves. It is added to your next invoice, and we email you at 80% of your allowance so it is never a surprise. If you are regularly over, moving up a plan works out cheaper still.

Are there transaction fees?

No Raglie transaction fees. Payments run through your own Stripe account, so you pay Stripe's standard processing rate and nothing on top. The money goes straight to you.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — 14 days, and you do not need a card to start. You get the full product during the trial, not a limited version.

Do I need a developer?

No. Raglie is one script tag you paste into your site once, and everything after that is done from the dashboard. If you can add an embed code to your site builder, you can set up Raglie.

Will it work with my website?

Yes. Raglie sits on top of the site you already have — Squarespace, Wix, WordPress, Shopify, or something custom. There is no rebuild and no migration.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. There is no contract and no minimum term. Cancel from the dashboard and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
