Allergen questions are the ones you least want a guess on. Raglie answers from the item data you enter — the same allergens, options and substitutions your kitchen works from — so the answer matches what is actually in the dish. Change a recipe in the dashboard and the answer changes with it. Where something needs a human, it says so and points the guest at you rather than inventing a reassurance.
A guest asking about the katsu curry is a guest most of the way to ordering one. Raglie carries them the rest of the way: sizes, extras, notes for the kitchen, then Stripe checkout without ever leaving the chat. No separate ordering platform taking a cut of every ticket, and no third-party app between you and your regulars.

It answers from the allergen and option data you enter against each dish, not from general knowledge about food. If you have not told it whether something contains nuts, it says it does not know and directs the guest to call you — which is the correct answer, and the one a guessing chatbot gets wrong.
You edit the item in the dashboard and the assistant is current immediately. There is no retraining step and no separate copy of the menu to keep in sync — the assistant reads the catalog directly.
Yes. Customers build the order in the conversation — sizes, extras, kitchen notes — and pay through your own Stripe account. Raglie takes no cut of the order.
It handles booking enquiries as quote-style requests: it collects the party size, date and contact details and sends them to you. It does not write into a reservation system like ResDiary or OpenTable, so if you use one, keep using it and let Raglie field the questions around it.
No. Raglie goes on top of the site you already have as a single embed. If you do not have a site at all, it can host one for you — a link or QR code you can put on the door and on your tables.
